What are payment terms?

By wire transfer upon the shipment delivery.  

How do I report a product problem/defect?

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Minimum order amount for extension sets are 10,000 sets per order, components are varied from 10,000 to 70,000 ea per order.  However, we do offer first 3 orders without preset minimum requirement.

Can I ask samples, and how?

IMM provides samples for customers to validate the specifications and quality, please call IMM at +886-37-620236 or send your request to derek@immc.com.tw.

When will I receive my order?

We usually send products via ocean fright; it takes around 30 days to the west coast, 45 days to the east coast.  For the express services, we also send products by DHL or other compatible express services.

Do you provide Latex Free products?
Yes, all our products are latex free.
